NHS England is seeking evidence on interventions and service models for frailty and dementia to inform a new national Modern Service Framework.
We have been asked by NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to share an important update regarding the development of a new Modern Service Framework (MSF) for Frailty and Dementia.
As part of this initiative, they are launching a national call for evidence, and we would appreciate your help in ensuring our profession is well-represented.
What NHS England is looking for:

Submit evidence: They are seeking interventions that improve patient outcomes, quality of care, or general health and care performance.

Share the survey: Please pass this along to your clinical networks and colleagues so they can gather a broad range of best practice examples.
Submission Focus:
NHS England is encouraging submissions that cover:

People of any age living with frailty or dementia (including all subtypes and mild cognitive impairment).

Support for unpaid carers.
-
Specific parts of the frailty/dementia pathway or the pathway in its entirety.

Services within ICB, LA, and VCSE commissioning remits.
They are interested in both broad service transformations and specific clinical or digital interventions, ranging from established programs to early-stage pilots.
